Although I had to wait a while because they were busy, the service was exemplary. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I have rented from this location for years. They always seems to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, trying to get you in the best car available. Courteous, efficient and professional. I am very sad to learn that Meagan Johnson has left the company. While I didn't know her for a long time, Meagan has been, hands down the best assistant manager I have ever met in Enterprise New York. Keep up the good work !

Car was filthy, reeked of cigarette smoke, used water bottles and pressured by manager to buy insurance I did not need, expired registration stickers and each rental had additional charges to my card, not clarified and only after I left office. The women at the desk are sweet but management is deceptive and coercive. Go to Hertz down the street. Same rates, better cars and they are a public company, so none of the horrible managers.

Enterprise Southampton delivered once again: professional, friendly, and convenient every step of the way - and a great car for the class. (We are FAR less happy with the car that we picked up a week later at Enterprise in the city, by the way :(). Enterprise Southampton is a pleasure to do business with; thank you!

The two women who helped me at the desk and Norm who picked me up this past weekend were exceptional. Kind, efficient, professional, accommodating. Left me wondering where do they find such good people and how do they recruit them at enterprise? I guess it's a reflection of the company culture bc they also pick you up from your house. AMAZING
