I "reserved" a car 3 weeks ago. Supposed to have it yesterday when I dropped my car at the body shop at 11am. I was told it would be later in the day around 2pm instead. 2pm came and went, then 5pm went..I called the next day needing a car immediately. They said I was on a waiting list now. Unfortunately my car is already is being worked on and no other enterprise within 60 miles has a car for me. If I would have known I wouldn't have dropped my car yet. Now I'm stuck. The word reservation has the word "RESERVE" right in it! I had to call cooperate just to find out there was no other cars available... And now I have to drive Yaris.....from Hertz

Best place to get a rental. Good service and good prices.

They NEVER HAVE CARS. I don't mean on the weekends they're booked, I mean THEY NEVER HAVE CARS. Everything outside is either not inspected, waiting on inspection, sold, or just for looks I guess. Then they put you on an imaginary wait list to get one, or send you on a wild goose chase hours away. ...not good. But they are good people and since I rent often I've learned them all by name, and got a feeling for their effort to actually get you into something. Marquavious (I'm sure that's spelled wrong) is solid though. So if you have to get on the imaginary wait list, talk to him, you may actually get some updates or legit hope.

My husband and I booked an standard SUV to travel in for thanksgiving. We got a confirmation email saying our car would be ready and we could pick it up Tuesday November 20. When we arrived at the enterprise location we were both immediately concerned by the lack of cars in the lot, but at the same time we had a confirmation email so we weren’t to worried. We walked in, waited for about 10 minutes to be spoken to, and when we gave our names the lady immediately started acting funny. She was stumbling over her words and kept saying “ummmm, well, ummmm.” Finally she says “ok here’s the deal, we were going to call you yesterday, but we didn’t have a phone number or email to contact you. I apologize but we don’t have a vehicle for you.” How does this even happen. How does Expedia who I booked through not only have my email but my cell phone and work phone number yet this location couldn’t even pretend to give a dam. So here we are 3:45pm, the night before we are scheduled to leave literally left just staring at each other trying to figure out what to do. The women at enterprise did not offer a solution, did not offer to call any other locations, did not offer much of an apology, it was more of a sorry not sorry moment. As For the next two hours I spent those on the phone with Expedia, trying to find a car for our entire family to be able to travel to see my dad who has stage 4 cancer and this will more then likely be his last thanksgiving with us. Expedia was phenomenal, very helpful and understanding, your location however was so poor I don’t even want to give you 1 star. In fact while one the phone with Expedia, they called your location and the women lied! Saying that they did have a car for us but that we were late for a pick up time. Not true, and way to make yourself even worse. Lying to cover your own ass, pathetic. Take my advice and stay away from this location, save yourself a headache and just go to the airport to book your rental car. Maybe karma will help us all out and this location will have to close its doors because there is no reason this location should be in business. Thank you for the added stress, headache, and complete disregard for your customers......
