Best Car Rental Experience hands down! They we're fast, reliable, and didn't play games. They gave me what I wanted and there was no funny business. I'm totally going to be back in the future.

The San Bernardino branch is the best one I've ever been to. The employees are very respectful, courteous, and seem concerned about your happiness. Very quick service. And the guy in the suit that does the inspections is very nice and professional. Very happy with them. VERY!

Had a wonderful experience. I walked in and rented a car for a few days. The customer service was excellent. I will definitely go back

I called Enterprise Rental A Car to rent a vehicle and spoke to Joel who seemed very nice and extremely eager to meet me. He said he would be waiting at the counter when I arrived? When I did arrive he was waiting in front and escorted me in to the counter. While in the process of renting the vehicle he began to ask me peculiar and rather personal questions. He then asked me if I would like to go to dinner with him anytime during the week after I told him I was married! He continued to flirt with me pressing the issue! He then said good girls do it too when I cancelled my reservation and walked out! I'm thinking about filing a police report later on this afternoon. I've already informed my husband who is a police officer with SBPD. If you're thinking about renting a car from Enterprise I wouldn't suggest it. You might be much better off with Dollar Rent A Car. They treated me with respect and appreciated my business. My name is Lisa if you would like to check?

Friendly, helpful staff. It gets a little busy at times, reservations help. If you have a Costco membership, book through Costco travel for a discount, plus a free upgrade.
