This branch was very low on inventory. Our appointment was at 11 am and we did not receive a car until 1:30 pm. I understand that it was Christmas week so I'd be inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, they could have been more upfront about this sooner so that I could have better planned by travel. Staff were nice enough.

I rent here often. Mo is great, customer service is good overall. Only four stars because the cars aren't always clean.

These guys have surpassed expectations. They’ll do what they can within their means to satisfy a customer. Polite, patient, professional, and reliable service. Unexpected in DTLB. They’re impervious to the impossible personalities of Long Beach.

I wanted to give a big shout out to the staff that went above and beyond for m today. I had a request that wasn’t within what they normally can do but I had a health situation come up and they stepped up to the plate to help me without hesitation. Thank you so much you all!!
