This is one of the best coffee roasters I have had coffee from and I have had tons of coffee from all over. This brand of coffee is served in many of my favorite coffee places and restaurants in Maine. Every visit to Maine I buy a few bags to bring home. One word of caution. If you are used to the corporate coffee shops that over roast the beans and you need to add tons of sugar or milk, try it without anything and slowly add what you need. In my experience, the better the coffee, the less milk and sugar you need. And this coffee is going to save you alot of sugar and milk. I haven't visited the shop.....yet.

Great place! Came in for a tour a while back with a friend... what an awesome place. Great people, excellent coffee, and sassy as all get out... I’d give it 7 stars if I could! I learned a lot about the roasting process, thanks for the tour!

Carpe diem, seize the coffee! Horace would be proud of this coffee roaster using his catch phrase from his Ode 11, from book 1 of his Odes. Read Horace and contemplate the present moment trusting little in posterity. Enjoy the day, seize the day, or pluck the day like a grape. The grape once eaten is gone. Gratias tibi ago.

Great selection of coffees roasted on the premises. Organic coffees are available. Owners and staff care about their coffees, customers and environment. They have a solar power installation.
