Awful service, false information, waste of time. If you are thinking of getting involved with these people, I strongly advice you to reconsider if you want to save your self the headache.

I went to B&C 3 years' ago. They had hired out staff to our offices, who weren't that competent, and I left the firm and went to B&C for work, but was treated awfully. The chap in there was very charming, promised a lot but didn't deliver, then he left, and I went in again to meet with some new personnel, one of whom was extremely rude to me, and a year later, sent me on a wild goose chase for a job interview on a Friday evening, at 5pm, to be held on the Monday at 9am. The employer didn't have the correct information about me, nor had I been given the correct info about the job in hand. And to crown it all, I had to take a train on Southern Region, not to be recommended. All in all a total wipeout. I can empathise with people who have to fork out daily for train fares, and other expenses, putting in the effort, just to be treated like this by a bunch of greedy savages.

Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with!

Only giving one star because zero isn't an option. Save yourself the time.

Avoid them like the plague. Only get involved with them if you absolutely can't find anything better. I previously read lacklustre reviews of them and their working practices but thought nothing of it especially since it was a short term contract. They told me that it was going to be a 3 month contract but it was actually a 2 week contract that may be extended. Luckily, the employer was impressed with my work and extended the contract to 3 months. I was never paid on time or paid the correct amount. My submitted timesheet was 37.50 hours. They paid me for 36.98 hours!!! These guys literally can't read. A year after my contract ended, someone impersonating them leaves messages/emails and says that I owe them money. When I saw their email address, it was a different company to the signature at the bottom of the email. So I assumed that it was fraud. Nevertheless, I tried to liaise with them but they made no sense and kept asking for money. A year after that (2 years after the contract ended) I got a letter that looked like an 'enforcement letter' - it is something that you get after a CCJ (county court judgement) has been passed and you didn't not rebuke the claim! This was extremely shocking as I didn't know where this came from. I didn't receive any CCJ from the courts. This 'enforcement letter' was produced by a debt collection agency to make it look like it was sent by the courts. I contacted the courts and checked online and there was NO REFERENCE of a CCJ. (Surprise surprise). The ppl representing B+C are absolute scumbags too. They have racked up fees double the amount that was originally claimed i.e. £4000 in total. Made false statements - I absolutely regret getting involved with these people. I don't like leaving such reviews on here but I feel like I have a duty of care.
