Just recieved my class 1,4 & 5 Counterbalance forklift certification from Gateway. Tim was my instructor and was very knowledgeable and informative on all aspects of forklift safety and operational procedures while being personable and easy to get along with which makes for a very comfortable day. I haven't operated a forklift in almost 4 years so I was a little rusty but after a few wide figure 8's during my practical examination and a few tips and tricks it was just like riding a bike. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and friendly displaying excellent, helpful customer service. The lunch room was very clean and tidy with fresh coffee , what more could you ask for. I'm eventually going to return to Gateway to get my class 1 license and look forward to the time I will spend here because I know I'll leave with the skills, confidence and knowledge to do the best possible job.

I have done multiple classes with gateway over the years. Chris is usually my instructor. I find him to be pretty informative and can teach in a way that engages you and forces you to participate. Howard is also good.
