Very professional. They explained every step and took thier time to make sure I knew what to expect. Bob was an amazing trainer. He coached me through all my bad habits I picked up over the years to help me pass my test first time Their vehicles are maintained well and I felt safe. I highly recommend using this company for all your driving needs.

This was one of the best professional experiences I have ever had. Their staff was professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to get us prepared for the test. Bob ( the owner) took us out driving for almost an entire day and worked with each of us to address our specific driving strengths and weaknesses. We all felt very well prepared for the test the next day. 10/10 would recommend.

They were really helpful with setting up my road test and working around my schedule. The instructors were great and knew what they were talking about, also really knowledgeable on what icbc would be looking out for. I wouldnt of passed my class 4 without them, def would recommend to people trying to get their commercial license

How much can you lie in one story Bob? I would love to see these 14 email reply from me stating its going good? or any proof of an extortion attempt! I never blamed the school or any one there for failing my test. I addressed to you concerns about the disturbing experience and that I would not be using the school for future lessons! You were offended and proceeded blame me for not saying something sooner.. I'm sorry but I was quite disturbed with seeing my instructor walk across a very public road and defacate on the sidewalk! He constantly solicited me for his side business on many occasions!I just wanted to walk away and never use or think of the school again! You took great offence to this and explained how I've been emailed 14 times asking about the service! I told you this wasn't true! I also expressed on the last phonecall to the office I was extremely disappointed with the service and would be discussing it in person when I was down for my road test! I hope your ready and willing to prove your false allegations! Kinda sad what you choose to be dishonest about when theres more then enough factual evidence! Im fine with this avenue and I assume you must be too. For you to be posting false and private information to the public in order to libel my name to protect yours just makes me realize how desperate you are. I gave you the opportunity to address the concerns brought to your attention and this response of yours just goes to show how low your willing to go, but I recommend you share this reply with your lawyer and really become informed on what PIPA is, Extortion, Slander, Libel and Defamation. What bothers you is knowing how much you don't know about your own business!(remember when you yelled at me because you couldn't handle hearing the truth? Then later make some excuses about you not hearing when your mad and yelling because of it? haha you got angry dude! Do you not think there is financial records that record the time you paid for repairs during the time I was paying you for driving lessons? Defamation is communication about a person that tends to hurt their reputation. ... If defamation is spoken, then it is called SLANDER. If it is WRITTEN, it is called libel. It can also be a gesture, which is a type of slander. The law protects your reputation against defamation.(because disclosing publicly, FALSE INFORMATION about my finical position, test results, will be really easy for you justify in court......?) Libel is written defamation. So, IF SOMEBODY SPOKE A LIE with the intent to harm your business, he committed libel. PIPA- Personal Information Protection Act I am writing this email to address the serious and disturbing situations I experienced as a Customer of Integrity Driving School. Bob asked me to not discuss these situations with anyone including social media as he was going to investigate and follow up with me by Saturday Feb 23 2019. This has not happened and it is now Monday February 25 2019 with not a call or email. What this shows me is that Bob does not take these situations seriously and quite frankly it is concerning what I have seen as a student. I am left with no choice but to report this to the appropriate authority (RCMP, CVSE, OIPC, Better Business Bureau and to the Consumer Protection of BC) as well as discuss this on social media so others can be warned of what I was subjected to seeing at Integrity. If Integrity would prefer that I did not discuss my negative and extremely disturbing experience with the public then a Non Disclosure Form, Apology letter along with a full refund of the course would be the correct course of action. Bob mentioned that he does not like to refund people which I can understand as That affects his profit but I clearly Have not received what I paid for. I will be informing the appropriate authorities and posting on social media for all to be warned by tomorrow Tuesday February 26 unless I hear back with a solution for this situation.

Fantastic experience learning to drive with integrity! I came with minimal experience and was taught not only how to drive, but how to drive safe. All the staff are amazing and friendly! A special thanks to Susan and Reena for being fantastic instructors and helping me pass my road test on the first try!!!
