I would recommend this school to anyone in the city as it was a great experience learning from them and I also believe it the best in the city! I spoke to the other schools but had a hard time understanding them!! This school is in tune! I would give it 6 stars if I could

Warning: Extremely rude and disorganized instructor. I ended up failing twice and not being *allowed* to do my road test due to her negligence in mentioning proper shoulder checking procedures, wheel turning positions for uphill and downhill parking, and - the cherry on top - having rented me her vehicle with a burnt out light. Out of the eight lessons I took with her (I had one instructor for the entire duration of my lessons, I'm not sure if there are others), she was late for three of them in excess of ten minutes. Only once did she venture to make up for lost time. If you are going to be late, have the courtesy to call. On a personal level, the instructor (I will leave out her name for the sake of privacy) I was assigned had no idea how to build rapport, provide positive reinforcement, or how to apologize for her mistakes (if you are late, a simple sorry will suffice, no reason to make up absurd lies about why you couldn't make it on time). She had an innate ability to antagonize me the entire time without putting to much effort into it. I'm coming to you to learn how to drive, not to be laughed at and yelled at when I make a mistake! If you plan on working for or operating a business, learn to do your job well! I ended up taking lessons back with her in 2009, but will never forget how nervous and miserable of a driver I was for the first few months I had my license because of these experiences. I spent in excess of $500.00 with this company because I was referred to it by a friend for services that shouldn't have cost more than $400.00.
