This is a WOW letter. Have you ever found yourselves in a frustrating situation? Doubting your ability to unwind it and overcome it. Trying to learn a new skill, specially one that involves a nine-thousand-pound machine, can be intimidating. I came to 5 STAR TRAINING with a bit of a broken heart. For years, I hoped to learn to operate “the forklift” and when the time finally came along, it was not as smooth of a sailing for me as I always had pictured it in my head. And then, I called 5 STAR TRAINING. From the moment I first talk to Jamie, I felt welcomed. He went out of his way to accommodate and get me in as soon as possible. His approach was so relaxed and friendly and the advice was so easy to take in, I was taking down pallets from the top racks in no time! And, as if all of this wasn’t enough, once I met Milt, he only made my experience the more personable. And Coco. He always has a wag of the tale for you. Everyone whom I came in contact in this experience was helpful way beyond expectations and in a very personable way. My biggest Thanks to 5 STAR TRAINING.

Great training. Took the 5 day with WHIMIS, fall protection, Dangerous goods and forklift training. Milt and Jamie are killer teachers. They make sure you walk away feeling confident in your new skills. They also make sure you get as hands on driving experience as possible. No matter if you're there for one day or five. Milt makes you burgers 🍔 with home made chutney and relish every class lunch. Would recommend this business for anyone looking to get trained for fork lifts!!

I got treated like a massive dummy at a particular school for telling me I "wasn't doing it right"... it's a damn forklift. I've done my certs and when I got rocked from that school I came back here to do a recert, did the training fine. These guys reassured me my confidence in operating SDCB forklift... isn't that hard and you'll get the right amount of time on it.

I just recently took the “train the trainer” course here at Five Star Training to become my companies certified in-house trainer and upon spending three days with these guys, I couldn’t have imagined going any place else. I have had training at several other facilities and the training I received and observed here easily blew all other places away. The mere attitude I received here was incredible. As a trainer myself, I recognize that every student needs to be taught differently, some students need more attention then others and at no time during the day should you show even an ounce of frustration and the guys here at Five Star can walk the part perfectly. I (and I think everyone else taking courses while I was there) walked out with their heads held high and surrounded by a new found confidence that they did not have when they walked in. I will never again take a course anywhere else if I am able to get my training done here. Excelllent training, excellent content and even better guys. I’ll definitely be back.
