Figured I'd wait a couple of months before sharing my experience. Give them time to respond to the letter I dropped off in November. March 15th, 2019 . . . crickets. So. Was part of a class of eight in September/October 2018. One person was not able clutch properly because of a physical disability. This was discovered only after two weeks of sitting a classroom. Poor guy found out after a couple of days in-cab. Should have been caught before taking his money. Really. No pre-qualification testing - at. all. Vision. Physical ability. Mental suitability. Nothing. Nada. Regardless. They beat their chests and proclaim their superiority over, "other schools", because unlike, "other schools", they allegedly focus on, "training you to be a, 'Truck Driver'" and not, "_just_ pass a test". Welp. Come time to take the MPI Exam after two attempts each - exactly ONE person got their Class 1 Licence. After fourteen attempts between seven people, exactly ONE person was successful. Fine. I can accept that I'm too stupid to be a Truck Driver. But all of the others as well? Possible, but improbable. Thing is, before you can become a, "Truck Driver" - you need to pass the test. Put the cart in-front of the horse; or, Tractor _in front_ of the Trailer, eh. Not happy about them wasting six weeks of my time, not mention the $4,000 hit on my taxes. Bottom line: One out of a Class of Eight is an unmitigated disaster. But, These jokers don't give a Rat's patooti. They got your money and are more than willing to lead you on about MOAR tests for only $350 and a couple of months wait between attempts. Go find someone, or a school that knows that the test is, well, kind of important when it comes to being a, "Truck Driver". You'll save your money. You'll save your time. You will get your actual Class One License. Then, you can become a "Truck Driver".
