Dog barking problems are huge here! Two nights this week I was woken by dogs barking and howling for three hours straight, late at night. And 1.5 hours straight barking in the evening. There are some lovely dogs here and some bad dogs who are allowed to disturb residents. A small dog was recently attacked by a larger dog. I called the emergency number for the onsite employee when it was happening and no one showed. I have to leave my home to go work elsewhere or in the rooftop lounge (where it is freezing) to get away from the barking. Google reviews that are critical of the management disappear. Several residents have expressed their disappointment and now those reviews are gone. They must have an inside track to Google.

I have to echo the last person's review. I was also drawn to this building because of the previous manager who left shortly after I moved in. They are trying hard to transition but the friendly, customer service vibe that I was attracted to is, unfortunately, no longer here. It feels like every other apartment building I toured before moving to Denver. I was informed before I chose to live here that there was going to be construction next to the building but it didn't matter that much because the feeling I got from the staff was what sold me. While the construction noise is loud from time to time the overall feel of the building is just okay now. I hope the staff can turn things around but it seems they are always one person short and don't have time for customer service like they used to. The amenities are nice but other comparable buildings near by are just as nice if not nicer and newer. I wish them luck and wanted to rate it one star higher but I just don't feel the same as when I first moved in.

I've only lived at the Amaranth for a little over a month but I absolutely love it here. Rob and the team are wonderful! Rob made sure that everything was taken care of on move in day, and made the process much easier and so much less stressful than my past experiences. The building is very quiet and the location could not be better. It has a great fitness area and is just a couple blocks from Cheesman park. This is the best place I've ever lived. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place in Denver.

Rob and team are amazing. The apartments and amenities are best in class - and the community feels like a home. I am so happy to be living here, and would recommend to anyone.

I have lived in Denver for five years and when my previous building was sold, I did not look forward to finding a new place. I looked at A LOT of apartments and while each one had its pros and cons, there were plenty of pros and not a single con for The Amaranth. There are several floor plans to choose from and the location is ideal- next to Denver Botanic Gardens and a block from Cheeseman Park. The amenities including a rooftop deck, two workout rooms and two common areas/lounges mean that I practically never have to leave the building! From the moment I walked in for a tour, met Tara and saw her professionalism and pride in the property, I was sold. Rob is friendly, funny and loves to give me a hard time, but he runs a tight ship and the building is always in excellent repair. Minerva keeps the place spotless and Fernando responds promptly and efficiently to the occasional maintenance request. The neighbors are quiet and friendly (and have the cutest dogs in Denver). I absolutely love living at the Amaranth!
