Horrific. Moved my elderly mother here over a year ago. We shortly found out that the complex was not at all how it seemed. Management is rude, there is auto theft, loud music from neighboring apartments, teenagers that hang out in the breezeway, trash everywhere. Even the dynamic of the neighborhood has changed. The gates NEVER WORK, so God forbid if you wanted privacy. I’m not sure if they have started accepting section 8 or what, but this complex is quickly declining by the day. Oh yeah, let’s not forget roof leaks and mold. We advised management about this and the leak was fixed after 3 weeks, but the mold and discolored ceiling remains. We are forced to move as a result. Management WILL NOT release us from this lease without penalty. Mover beware.

I lived here for about 10 months. At first glance, I loved everything about the apartment and complex but slowly but surely started to see everything my neighbors told me about the complex and staff was true. The maintenance staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, we had a leak in our apartment for months. When we realized it just was not going to be fixed, we had to regularly soak the water up with towels. During my initial walk through of the apartment there were things that I mentioned that needed to fixed that were either not properly fixed or not fixed at all. We also had the wrong keys to our patio door so for weeks we did not have access to it. Where do I begin with the staff?? They're beyond unprofessional and rude. They did not make my experience here pleasant. They never answered nor returned phone calls and often times there was a lot of miscommunication. One person will tell me one thing and the next person will tell us another. Upon moving out, I emailed and handed a physical copy of my moving out notice, and they still managed to misplace it. The gate that we paid for was broken allllll the time including the last 4 to 5 consecutive months that I lived there. Oh and when we first moved here, SOMEHOW we were paying the light bill of the entire complex....go figure. But the staff told us that there was nothing they could do on their end to even TRY to assist with the situation and to contact GA power for further assistance to get our money back. The pool was closed about 70% of the summer due to "cleaning days" or some other odd reason. It is so unfortunate because I enjoyed my neighbors and certain amenities. I do not recommend paying the price that we did to live here

If I could give zeros stars, I would. This was the absolute worst rental experience I’ve ever had. My plan was to stay here for 6 months, and I couldn’t even last that long. The staff is disgustingly unprofessional and unaccommodating considering the quality of these units. First thing - the apartment smelled like mold and mildew upon move-in. Every guest that I had complained about the smell. I complained about the smell, mold on the air vents, and condensation in the unit, and they sent maintenance to spray paint my vents to cover the problem. The smell persisted to the point where I would get headaches. I conducted a mold test, as advised by my legal counsel, and sure enough it was positive! The unit was NOT cleaned professionally. It was infested with ants and other pests. The bath tub was disgusting, and and the drain was clogged. I couldn’t step in there to shower as the tub would quickly fill. When mentioned to the staff, they told me no one would address until Monday. (I called on a Friday morning.) Thankfully, I was selling my home and still had access to my old home. I went there to shower before getting someone to fix the drain MYSELF. I was also locked out of my mailbox for a week. They changed the locks after providing me with a key so I was unable to check my own mail. I checked it just fine the first few days. When I mentioned it, the staff had no sense of urgency and told me that I’d have to wait 48 hours to get into my mailbox. Tiffany, the manager, even hung up in my face after she tried to be deceptive regarding the fee to break my lease. She was quick to tell me how long she’d been in the property management business yet could not interpret the prooerty’s contract. READ your lease renters. I politely told her to read the contract, consult with whomever she needed to, and call me back with accurate info. Perhaps my comment was offensive... I called the property management company (RADCO), left a voicemail, and no one returned my call to address. Not sure who they’re used to dealing with. The gate never worked. It was left open for the first 2 weeks of my stay. They forgot to program my name in the guest gate so I would have to drive to the gate to let my guest in. The gate malfunctioned numerous times so guest would end up driving behind cars to get in. They turned off the water in the middle of the day without notifying the residents. We were without water with absolutely no notification. This is when I heard all of the other horror stories, and experiences, from the other residents. Upon move-out, they intentionally ignored my phone calls and emails when I attempted to make arrangements to have a donation company pick up a sofa. The company arrived at the unit and they (Lesley & Tiffany) did not answer. Then sent me a bill... I would spend money litigating this before I willingly give them a cent for it. It’s principality! I could just go on about this place. Look elsewhere, otherwise do not be surprised by the experience.

This apartment complex is a gated community beautiful landscaping well-maintained buildings. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. Conveniently located in Mcdonough to numerous stores.

I'll start with the positive. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Especially Mr. Gary!! However the leasing consultant N****e requires more training and interpersonal skills. She is very condescending and ALWAYS has snippy responses to normal every day questions. This is my 3rd time in this office with N****e. The first time, I figured she was having a bad day. The second time my husband said let it go and I did. Although she violated the Fair Housing Act. This is the 3rd time so therefore I will be writing a letter to the corporate office. I also work in Property Management, both residential and commercial. So therefore my interactions with the office are questions that are property specific. For the most part the answers are the same for residential properties across the board but may vary slightly. So I'm not in the asking anything crazy. Please get this person the training that she needs to do her job effectively. Maybe Katie should train her as she is always delightful.
