I do not recommend this place to anyone! Our mechanic ordered a re-built ecm from them in August for a 6.7 Cummins. The ecm came and was installed , 200 miles later the ecm was out again and being sent back to go ecm. At first they were really nice and said how it would not be a problem to warranty it. Well after the 1st warranty repair we started getting the run around just like everyone else who has dealt with them got. Finally after 3 weeks we had the ecm back and the truck was running. 70 miles it was bad again. This goes on 2 more times of getting it repaired and sent back to them waiting patiently 3-4 weeks before calling (just to get the runaround). After the 3rd time i called to speak to someone to get an update, was told they will call me back. 2 days later i call again and John informs me the owner will call me back. The next day i call and John tells me he is the owner, he will not be warrantying the repair because my mechanic purchased the ecm not me. So after 6 months and countless dollars my truck has been driven 300 miles and still has a bad ecm.

Do not use this company! If you can buy local do so even if it’s going to cost you more. Customer service is bad. Lied and said I’ll receive my ecm on a certain date, but didn’t. Even payed for overnight shipping. Called to get a tracking number was told someone would call me back. Called thirty minutes later transfer to shipping department where no one picked up. Called all day the next day where my calls were screened put on hold then hung up on. ( the day I was suppose to receive my unit) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the will waste your time after they get your money. I surely will be fighting this through my credit card company

I have been using goecm for several months now. Best prices and warranty on ecms for big trucks. Jon and Steven are great. Will be doing business again.
