I hired Long Creek Construction to do the deck in my house. Carlos Moralez the owner was very professional and friendly, the price was on point. His Brother Luis did the installation they were on time everyday, very respectful and the installation process was smooth. Material that was used is the best in the market. the price was reasonable. I can't say thanks enough for the good job. I recommend Long creek the best in business for deck installations.

Scheduled for quote that NEVER happened because I spoke with a very unprofessional girl Nancy, who apparently doesn't know her job nor how to handle a phone conversation. Didn't confirm our address nor did she bothered to listen to what was told, very clearly told her to call cell number with any issues with the appointment. Called the office and of course they were closed, called the sale person who didn't recall the message!! First impression is everything folks! I am super surprised that Wellsfargo has this company on the list.

I’ve used this company on two separate occasions. The first time I hade a deck built, my back yard cemented stained and stamped. The work was GREAT, the communication was great. I was so pleased, so much so I referred this company to 5 different people and I know for sure 3 of them hired Long Creek. I hired them again because I had such a great experience with them. THIS SECOND TIME AROUND, not so great . I had a fence installed and an automatic garage type door opener so I could park my car in the back. The communication was and still is HORRIBLE! After they got the money, 1. They took their time to get started 2. CARLOS (the owner ) WAS NOT RETURNING CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. 3. The persons who installed fence and garage door opener ruined parts of the stamped and stained concrete, still not repaired to our liking 4. After 2 months the garage door stopped working, We text and Called finally CARLOS came out and said “ILL SEND MY BROTHER TO FIX” . Well that brother hasn’t showed up he was suppose to be here 2 days ago and we aren’t getting any responses from Carlos, or anyone from the company. I really loved this company but I’m starting to see a pattern of BAD BUSINESS and VERY BAD COMMUNICATION PRACTICES! I’m writing the Better Business Bureau and the National Consumer Law Center . I feel if the company is overwhelmed with work AT LEAST CALL AND KEEP THE CLIENTS UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS!

I have been trying to get a fence installed via Lowe’s and Long Creek construction for almost 6 months now and have experienced terrible service. We ordered the fence in May and was told that installion would be at the end of June. Instead, partial installion occurred in mid July (because Long Creek didn’t order enough materials, they couldn’t finish the project in one visit). The remaining materials arrived a month later, however the proper lock on the gate was missing. It is now October 31, and Long Creek has just come by again to install the lock, but are missing the hardware to do so. They asked ME for the hardware, which I never had. To make matters worse, one of the contractors urinated on the side of my house onto my wooden backyard fence, which was all caught on my security camera. Even as my husband told him to leave the area through our camera speaker, he continued to finish casually. Overall, I have had a very poor and unprofessional experience with Long Creek construction. I will never use their service again and certainly won’t be recommending them.
