This company time and time again provides insurers that aren’t reputable and are charging me for accidents that were not at fault accidents. Then when you call for help to add a vehicle, they don’t tell you any pertinent information and then have the nerve to tell you to pay $800 when you can go to Geico or State Farm and pay way less. This company and the insurers they push are not reputable. My next step is to call the insurance commission to have them and the insurer investigated.

I happened to walk in to inquire about title transfer. It took the two women 10 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. There was only one customer ahead of me. When I got the opportunity to explain my situation, she acted as if she had do desire to assist me -- even after I got the financing company on the phone! She then explained that they would have to initiate the process for the title change. I waited 2 weeks and they never contacted them! The finance company had faxed them over a copy of my title but they didn't even see fit to respond to it nor update me as to the status. I called twice with no return call and when I finally showed up, they were just as dismissive. I don't know how they remain in business.
