I had to choose one star because it wouldn’t let me leave a review without. This place does not even deserve to be in business. Got up and walked out after waiting over 45 minutes for an appointment for my daughter and I. I called ahead of time and they said they could take us for two pedicures. Showed up 7 minutes ahead of time, and was ignored from the minute we walked in. They made us stand and wait after picking colors. There were two techs finishing up pedicures. I told them we had an appointment. Sat us down finally in the chairs, then both techs went over and served 3 other customers for nails. After 20 minutes of no acknowledgement at all and water was cold, the one tech lady brought over a 4th customer to the pedicure station and started on them. Waited another 15 minutes, then she went on smoke break and came back in (nothing said to us at all), went back to nail station and preceded to clean up or something wasn’t sure. Still no apology or acknowledgement. We finally left after a full 50 minutes past our appointment. They knew we were upset and never bothered to apologize, not once. The worst nail salon ever!!!! First clue should have been that their shop was actually two hotel rooms “renovated” into a so-called “salon”. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! P.S. I should have read the reviews before I went!!
