We are very happy with the work First American Roofing did for us. They did a complete assessment to find the best way to deal with our problem. Once the project began theyworked along with the crew to see that things were done as proposed. Our follow up energy audit proved the completed project greatly increased our energy efficiency. They are a very knowledgeable, professional and hard working group. Thank you Dallas, Josh, Andrew and all.

They did an incredible job on the roof it looks great. They didn't clean up a single nail. I borrowed a magnet rake from the neighbor I collected probably 200 nails at least. I continued to find nails for the next 2 months. I called the company and they talked about reimbursing me for my time and never did. They came back about 2 months later and found more nails.

After first contact, the time frame in which we had our free consultation was quick. However, communication since our consultation has been aweful, requiring us to follow up several times before receiving a call back. Many times what we were told was going to happen, or when we were told we would be contacted back, never happened- prompting us yet again to reach out. The lack of communication, follow through, and prompt response made us feel as if we were not valued as a customer. Would not recommend this company if you value prompt and courteous response back from a company for services you are paying a lot of money for.

I am so relieved to have found a roofing company that was professional, friendly and thorough. Not only do I have an excellent quality roof, but it was also at the fairest price. First American really has an efficient system in place! They even have an excellent vinyl washing system that made my whole yard fence like new in no time. I will trust them again with my next home.
