Garret Bangerter is one of the best builders around! So honest and hardworking. His idea of being a builder is to not just finish a home for someone, but to hopefully make a new friend in the process. He sure did that with us! Would recommend him 100%!

We love our house and our builder. With Bangerter Homes of Southern Utah, you deal with the builder, not a large Corp. Garret is always responsive to calls and texts. The staff is friendly, accessible, and responsive. A pleasure to work with. Changes or upgrades do not 'nickle and dime' you with 'standard' fees, such as, 'move an outlet ($250.), move a switch ($250.)' We were always helped, even with suggestions. We never heard, "This is what you get, this is the way we do it." We have a solid and beautifully finished home.

We really appreciated the genuine communications, thoroughness, being reachable, being open, honest and accessible with timely responsiveness to the periodic issues that arise during construction. While living some 300 miles away from the house construction site, we knew we were in good hands and trusted in you when we couldn't be there more often to oversee the project as it all took place. We were in good hands. That meant a great deal to us!

Did a great job building my house. Mr Bangerter is very easy to work with and very flexible in his designs. My only complaint is my heat pump. After getting it serviced I was informed the unit is too small for my house. I contacted Mr Bangerter and he sent a email to the contractor, and included me. No contact from the installer and he didn’t return my calls. ------------------------------

I found Garrett Bangerter to be honest, thoughtful, and very responsive to my needs during the building process and after closing. He was even responsive years after we moved into our property. Would I build with him again? ABSOLUTELY!!
