I was referred to Dominik by my mechanic for a whole in the transmission. He had it looked at, and provided me with an answer and my options in no time. From there I was able to choose my repair, and have it completed in a few days. Friendly, trusting and informative - he gives you a good description of the issue, always followed up and communicated where need be, and all around made me feel taken care of the right way. Highly recommended for transmission issues and quality efficient fixes done right.

Fantastic! Glad I went and got a second opinion! Original quote from another transmission shop was 3 grand. Dom knew exactly what the problem was! $600 fix and still pulling hard! (Dodge 1 ton dually 6 speed, 5.9 Cummins)

I never do this. Write reviews about my experiences but this time I felt I just had to! Domenic, the owner of Bert's is such a kind,, honest & gentle soul! I had such a huge issue with my car and he came recommended to me by another mechanic and from the moment I took my car to him I felt like I was in good hands! He was so honest with me right from the beginning and took the time to explain things to me. When he couldn't fix my car because of time constraints he went out of his way to find me another location in Surrey who would do the job and then he towed my car to them. During the whole process he kept in touch with me to keep me informed as to what was going on and he even picked up my car and drove it back to his location for me to pick up! I am so amazed and pleased that there are still good people out there who go out of there way for you! My whole experience with Bert's has been so positive I would not hesitate in recommending them ever! Know that you are in good hands with Domenic!

I don't often write reviews unless places really piss me off. But this is the exact opposite Normally I don't take my trucks to mechanics unless I have to (I do my own work as much as I can). But I was physically un able to work on my truck and was recommended Dominick at berts automotive. He diagnosed my transmission issue, called me with an honest opinion before I gave the go ahead to continue with the repairs. The price was more than fair. Never did he try to up sale me stuff or feed my phony info If your looking for an honest reliable mechanic, look no further.
