Front desk host is patient and helpful. Location is convenient and safe. Exterior is seemingly well kept, interior not so much but they're working on it. Meaning they need to apply some fresh paint and stain remover to the carpets.

This is a roach motel! The sheets had dirt and pet hair on them, the bathtub walls had Irish Spring body wash splashed on the side, and I killed three baby roaches. Disgusting! The location is good, but the service isn't. I had to ring the bell several times before anyone showed up. Even then, the desk clerk wasn't apologetic or even friendly. Not a good experience at all!

Drove in, saw what I saw, and drove away. Didn't feel safe to even get out of the car...🤪

My room had a horrible odor, roaches, a thieving staff, and non English speaking owners who don't know how to run their business or compete in the American competitive market. I say this as a business owner and immigrant. I used roach bait to kill as many roaches as possible, carpet deodorizer and scented candles and the room stunk so bad it didn't work. Beware of the older white lady that works there, she is a thief. She stole my laundry detergent which she tried to give back after using it. She kept my carpet deodorizer though. Full disclosure, the incompetent male owner gave me $10 to take care of the stolen laundry detergent. If the older white lady enters your room to "clean" watch her closely! There should be a way to give 0 stars. The owners should sell the motel and enter a training program.
