Friendly, caring, truly listened and welcomed my instructions for caring for our 2 babies. (First time being boarded) loved the little report cards and pictures. They had a good time and came home happy. Thank you!

I have VERY mixed feelings about this company. I was happy with the services I received, however I was NOT happy to learn that since I had my dogs picked up after 1pm, I was charged an entire extra day. My husband and I were beyond frustrated to learn this. Had we known there was going to be such a large additional charge for the afternoon pick up, we would have asked my sister in law to pick up our dogs in the morning. This additional fee should have been disclosed to us at the time off drop off and it is very frustrating it was not. Update: I understand there may have been a sign posted, I guess we just weren’t expecting to have to read a sign and figured this would be told to us. After filling out detailed information about medications online, we still had to go through all the details again at check in, which was hectic enough along with having 3 dogs, it was rather chaotic and crazy.

Everyone at the Charleston Pet Resort take care of my babies as if they were their own pets. I have always been happy with the care and grooming that my babies get. My babies love to go there.
