In all my years of existence, I have never seen a place with a WORSE customer service. The owner is RUDE RUDE RUDE and shows ZERO respect for his customers. He opened HALF AN HOUR late and when I asked why he WOULD NOT respond to my question and he NEVER ONCE APOLIGIZED. He also REFUSED to answer my questions for pricing or why his email or phone service wouldn't work. Whenever I asked something he would say "I already answered that or I just answered that" with absolutely NO REGARD to the fact that I had just wasted my time waiting for him to open up the store. He COMPLAINED the whole time of how much work he had to do and how his customers were a nuisance. He was absolutely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and INSULTING and I walked out of there feeling DISGUSTED. Whatever you do: save your time and money and DO NOT go to The Key West Mail Room.

I had a friend ship a small package to me. He chose FedEx 2-day. They charged $89. The FedEx rate for that package at that size, weight, and delivery time was $52. That's an astounding 70% surcharge. My friend chose FedEx because the store told him UPS had already picked up that day...at 2:45 PM. The last pickup at the UPS store on N Roosevelt is 5 PM, not some time before 2:45 PM. Go there, instead. Complete ripoff!!

The tall mature gentleman behind the counter. I found to be extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I didnt even have a chance to EVEN explain my reason for visit, before he rudely cut me off and told me his internet was down, that fed ex and att had given me wrong information. I had the bar code for the label. He didn’t know what it was. The list goes on. I don’t know, if his shift was ending and he wanted to go home or if he was just having a bad day. But I will from now on, make the trip uptown and let everyone I know how uncomfortable and extremely unwelcoming this business was to me. I hope that man finds peace in his life.

Does your place really open at 10 and close at 5? I don’t think so! I came at 10:30 once and 4:30 once and you were closed! 😡 Not good when I am carring a heavy box. Someone needs to do something! Do you care about your customers? I doubt it! This is not Leigh born!
