⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Took my car to Reliance Auto Mechanic and had a great experience. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what needed to be fixed, and got the job done without any hassle. Fair pricing, solid workmanship, and no unnecessary upselling. The car is running great now. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

If I can give this shop a rating less than 0 I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The receptionist told me a price and the diagnostic that will be done over the phone and once you go in, prices and everything change off no job being done. Manager there is so unprofessional. Initially after the test drive and the mechanic not confident to tell me if my car even had an issue. I didn’t want to go through with the diagnostic for no reason and asked them to return my vehicle prior to it going up on the hoist. However THE MANAGER tried to charge me $70 for a test drive but yet the worker couldn’t even tell me the issue from that test drive. He tried to tell me it’s a shop fee for just coming in. No job was done so when I asked for my keys back and he tried to argue and demand me for payment. I told them I have the previous calls and conversations recorded which I do, and told them they gave me misinformation and that’s when he decided to throw my keys towards me and told me to get out of the shop. Worst experience I ever had to experience. I did an oil change with them before and they couldn’t even do that properly I should have known not to take my car there a second time. I would never recommend anyone to go to this shop. Save your money and TIME and go somewhere else.

These guys are a rip-off. They made up problems with my van to charge me more.. I took my van to another mechanic for a second opinion, and he told me there was nothing wrong with it. I would not recommend this shop. Avoid this place at all costs.

Reliance Auto helped me in a time of need when other garages closer to my home said they could not help me. Reliance went the extra mile. Also they provided prompt and efficient service with excellent communication from Ujwala and the mechanical team.
