I came here on a day pass while randomly in town for a wedding. The staff was over the top incredibly friendly and helpful. This gym is very well stocked with equipment and clean. I primarily do powerlifting and strongman and I was able to everything I wanted for my regular training. Definitely way better than your average LAF or other such BS gyms. If you want to train, not workout, but TRAIN, come here.

I’ve been a member at B2F since it opened. Aside from the full array of equipment and classes, B2F provides a friendly and engaging atmosphere. It serves all people, regardless of if you prefer working out in a group, with a trainer, or on your own. The staff is helpful, fun and friendly. I can’t think of any place locally that offers more for such an affordable membership price.

My high school son works out at Bridge especially in between sports seasons. It’s a great gym for high school and college athletes to work out. They offer a reasonable student rate. I highly recommend.

So far I’m loving all the options and attributes of this beautiful facility. No wonder why the parking lot is always so full it’s the best gym around and the staff is extremely professional and so nice.

A small but fully equipped gym. The staff and patrons are all very friendly, even to complete strangers. People say hello and strike up conversations. The group classes are very popular and great workouts. There are usually 2 or 3 personal trainers present you could hire. It's clear that many high school, college and even professional athletes workout here, especially sailors (but there are plenty of average Joe's too). Best of all, the rooms with aerobic machines are cold, so you aren't pouring sweat. It's one of the few gyms that doesn't smell like neoprene rubber mats. I've been a member for about 3 years.
