Mortgage refi
I was referred to Scott by my long time Real Estate broker. I already knew Scott was a professional in his field, but having experienced the process myself and the value brought and the way in which the work was done surpassed my expectations. I would use Scott again and suggest anyone with meticulous standards do so as well. Highly professional, and delivers when it matters most.

The Best Products and Service
This was our 3rd mortgage with Scott and his team and they provided an excellent solution and service as always. From the mortgage product he was able to acquire to the friendly staff, everything went smoothly and according to plan. Great Experience
Working with the Westlake Team has been a great experience. I purchased a home with plans to do a major renovation and extension. Scott reviewed financing options with me, which made thing less stressful and has made me feel very comfortable as I move forward. Scott and Andrew got back to me quickly on all my questions, I highly recommend them.

Scott is a Great Mortgage Broker what he was able to do for me was incredible. He was able to get me a large line of Credit to keep the house I just bought & a great mortgage as well. The key here was my house closing was December 28 2017. Banks are not fans of working during the holiday season. Scott is a miracle worker & what he did for me I will never ever forget. Anyone who uses Scott will reap many rewards because Scott is results oriented & makes sure everyone of his clients is happy. I was a nervous wreck & he was able to get me off the ledge & assure me all would be okay. You know what all is better than okay Thanks to Scott Westlake. Scott is more than a Mortgage Broker hes a friend & life saver.
