This is, hands down, the best welding business in Alaska. Their quality of work, customer service and pricing set them a part from all others. Gary, the owner, is, as I learned from personal experience, a man of integrity with a commitment to customer service. Greatland Welding is the gold standard for how a company should operate.

Excellent service! I brought in my snow plow stumped and the guys did everything they could to get me back up and running at minimal cost. They treated my project like it was their own. I highly recommend this business

These guys are amazing! We just drove our RV up from Florida when we noticed a serious issue with our bumper which holds our spare tires. We happened to drive by Greatland and thought we'd give them a try. Wow! Extremely friendly, talented, fair and professionall. Our job required inginuity as it was not run-of-the-mill. Marik, an extremely talented aluminum welder, did a beautiful job and had us back on the road in just a few hours. Gary, the owner, made sure we were taken care of and squeezed us in despite the fact that they were very busy. As tourists traveling through town, we could have easily been ripped off. These guys took great care of us, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing welding or machine work when in the Palmer or Anchorage area. THANKS Greatland!!!

Greatland Welding is the best. These guys are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have had 2 boat repairs completed without issue and just purchased materials for a tow bar. I would highly recommend this business.

I recently met with Gary the owner of Greatland Welding and discussed installing a davit on my newly purchased Hewescraft from Deweys and was immediately impressed at his honesty and willingness to work with me to achieve my goals. I scheduled the work done on my boat and through each step of the process I was met with eagerness to reach the end product that I was after. Gary would also come up with his own suggestions that turned the project into exactly what I wanted. I have rarely if ever felt like I was being treated like family by a stranger, but throughout the time that I had my boat at Garys shop, that was exactly how I felt like I was treated, like part of the family. I can’t thank you enough for your honest up right dealing Gary and the integrity with which you operate your business. Thank you again, God bless your family and your business!!!
