Terrible place to work . They make promises to employees, and then don't follow through. This is called "lying". You have to ask for a raise, and the people are lazy, and don't care. This place is a revolving door, because of the management, and they don't want to pay O.T., even tho they made several million last year alone.. The owners are hell-bent on hiring these useless people. They don't care about their employees, but wonder why they can't keep help. This is by FAR, the most un-organized place I have ever been. The owner's wife is a psycho. If you're looking for a place to quit soon, you found it. You will never go anywhere in this place, these people are impossible to work for. They make you want to quit and they actually scare away good working, honest employees. Speaking of employees, most of this guy's Engineers are Indians, here on a work visa, and the owner gets a government break to hire them. Don't even try calling here and asking for the HR cuz you can't understand her. She's a Muslim immigrant from India that barely speaks English. I believe this was a ploy on purpose. Being as the last two HR managers couldn't handle the place. They have gone through 3 HR managers in less than 3 years, so that also says something. There is a machinist with a long beard, that is the shop rat. He is another reason this is a terrible place to work. It's bad enough this place is watching you all the time through cameras, you have to watch your back and watch out for rats to! People don't retire from this place. This is just a stepping stone. The place is a ridiculous revolving door. Don't waste your time working here, unless you have no other option. In which case you will soon understand exactly what I mean.

This place is built upon something that many places differ from and that's family values! I've made Trustop not only my place of work but also a family that I can call myself being apart of. From my initial walk through the door with my experience with HR Ashwani a sister of mine, treated me with respect and has always been on top of her job. From that point on the family moto began to flow from every person I've met there. From the biggest position held by JT himself and his family entities and so on. This is a great place to work granted family isn't always perfect but at least here with my new family. Not only do we provide quality work but we stand for something.... Family

I received a call from Aswani Salimkumar this morning regarding an Assembler opportunity with TruStop. We started to discuss the company and role requirements and she asked about pay. I explained to her what I was making. She replied frantically, "no no no no no we can't pay that" and hung up. Fine by me, she just helped me dodge a bullet. If you don't even have fundamental decorum and communication skills among your hiring recruiter/hr team members, your company likely has more problems than a high school math final.

This is one of the best companies! My husband has been promised quite a bit by them and they have delivered. He has gained valuable experience and his salary has doubled since he's been working there for the last four years. Thank you TruStop for all you have done for my husband and our family!
