Recently had Basko inspect and resurface heads in my Honda Odyssey. After inspected they said valves were optional but "would be fine for a while". After getting heads back and reassembling, the engine would not start. Called shop and now they changed their tune saying valves were required. Very disappointed by the miscommunication wasting dozens of hours. They said it wasn't their fault. Will not use them again. Update- Contrary to what their response is below. They failed to notify me that it failed the test neither by phone, email, or the written receipt that I have in had. Their internal records are fine but pointless if they don't not convey the info to the customer. As a result they offered a whopping 10% discount on labor but costed me hundreds of dollars. Take ownership of your mistakes.... Would recommend looking elsewhere.
