Had heads done said it'd be a week to resurface and check valves. Took a month to get the heads back. Had the heads put on and thats when found a leak from freeze plug. They advised to put stop leak in it. Had to pay to get heads pulled and inspected thats when notified by another machine shop that the heads where trash. Cost me $8500 to fix there screw up and alls they can say is oh well.

Installed cam bearings, I could visibly see scratches on the new bearings they said they were fine and dismissed my concerns. Worked on my crank, gave me wrong crankshaft when I returned to get my crankshaft they didn't have mine so I had to accept one without a keyway block for the crank sensor reluctor wheel which turned into a nightmare for me. I would not recommend using this shop.

No one ever answers the phone. Sat in front of the shop for nearly an hour (allowing for the lunch hour that’s not posted anywhere online), knocked on the door several times and still no answer. Found someone else to do the job!

I have a Sbc 355 that they built. It has been the best engine I've ever had. It lasted for over 3.5 years with hard driving. I'm looking forward to having them go through it and freshen it up a go again. Can't wait to see how it does this go around.

I bought a crankshaft from them at a swap meet in Lawrence Kansas in April they told me it was a 10/10 large journal 327 . Found that it was a 348 crank . Called them may 8 , said they would swap it . Called june 8 ,said they would locate it and call me back ,no call back. Called july 11 said they would come pick it up ,did not happen . Called aug 22 asked if they could simply send me a refund , and then they could pick up the crank at their convenience. They just got pissed a ted like this was all my fault and hung up. What an unprofessional bunch!!
