These guys definitely deserve a good review. From now on all my business is going to this place. Awesome shop with very personal and professional approach. If you need CNC work done these guys are the best in business. Ferrari parts turned out better than factory (which you can't find anymore).

When dealing with a business that you want to make custom one of a kind parts for the design of a new product, you want a company with a solid reputation and a shop you can trust. I called at 10:42 AM on Tuesday April 16 2019. Someone answered the phone Hello. i said sorry I may have a wrong number, I was calling a business. Sh got a little smart and said " I do not know what number you dialed so I don't know who you are looking for". Would you not say something like you reached CNC Burbank. Then again he should have answered the phone CNC Burbank. It was his smart attitude that turned me off. If I am willing to spend top dollar to get my parts developed, I want a trustworthy shop with good customer service. His smart attitude was not what I want to deal with. I went back online and typed best machine shop and picked another shop.

Cnc Burbank has been super reliable during this whole process. I needed several aluminum parts to fix some of my commercial kitchen equipment (oven and depositor) that broke during a recent move. Each piece needed to be precise and was very complicated to make. They was very clear and upfront with the whole process, timeline and cost, and not only made the parts but took the time to make sure the equipment was working again properly. Highly recommend his work to anyone needing detailed custom work.

They do good work. A little slow at times but that's understandable.
