Recently, my company (BD) requested urgently to find a way to manufacture a metal component to one of our systems. Elite E/M was able to have the necessary part ready within less than a day turn around time. Over the years BD continues to utilize the services of Elite E/M for the manufacturing of some custom chassis for the flow cytometry diagnostic systems, due to the high quality of produced components.

This company is stuck in the dark age unwilling to change with the times. The owner is a bully (no job boss sytem) and walks around timing people with his little iPhone watch, while headed outside to smoke cigarettes for the hundredth time in a day. They believe in quantity over quality. The least experienced machinist scrap parts and take all day on jobs. But as a new employee, and your well paid but you make perfect parts you'll be ridiculed my management. Company claims to have an open door policy, but when you bring complaints to management they will find a way to lay you off condoning the behavior of others. Benefits are subpar. Watch out for there flextime policy, do your research on flex time it is not used as defined in Webster's and California standards. Unfortunately you must be of a certain ethnicity to succeed with this company.
