Top-notch quality and reasonably priced. Everything was delivered on-time and on-budget. Yes, they do require quotes and contracts to be in writing, but what reputable company doesn't?

Great shop got a quick response and quote. Product was made to my specification and even delivered early. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with in the 37 years I've been in business... Inside sales rep. Mike D.. a complete liar... Owner has not even responded to my outcry.... PATHETIC....

Difficult working with Mike. Didn't get past the RFQ phase.

The sales department of this place is terrible. In short I submitted 3 requests to this company for a quote. Each and every time I got no response. I would then have to call, talk to someone who would give me some excuse for why I didn't hear back from them. Once it was that my request went to the junk mail, another time was that the specifications on my blueprint were not quite detailed enough so they just ignored the submission. The sales guy on the phone was so difficult. I was almost pleading with him to tell me what it was that he needed so that I could get me order made. He could have cared less. I hate him. So here I am, 3 weeks out and I'm back at square 1.
