I recently had a horrible experience with this company. I simply called to talk to someone about partnership and sponsorships as I am the president of a nonprofit organization called Generation Outreach. My organization focuses on teaching kids careers and trades at a younger age . I felt that their Industry is in need of good workers And we could potentially Train our students in that industry and offer them employees who are fully trained and ready for the work force. Unfortunately their human resource department hung up on me twice before I had the chance to really explain what we do. Hopefully in the future they treat people with a little bit more respect.

As a customer of Rochester Gear, QAE has worked very closely with the Rochester Gear team on several projects. Excellent team of proficient and honest professionals producing precision work, on time, at fair prices. If you need what Rochester Gear does, I highly recommend you contact their team. I'm very happy we did.

I have had such a great experience with Rochester Gear that they are the only gear company I do business with. They do as they say and are super responsive to the needs of their clients.
