I would give the place a 6 out of 10. They are going through growing pains so once they get through that process and upgrade the skills and professionalism of their leadership I believe they can achieve the level they are trying to reach. The people were easy to work with and most would answer any question you had. It was a good experience during my time there and wish the best of luck to the company as they move forward.

Budzar sucks...asked their service department a question about fixing a chiller from China (a Chinese company they represent here in the US), they refused to help unless it was sold by Budzar. Forcing me to buy from Budzar...are you so desperate for sales??? I will NEVER buy anything from Budzar. And I've been in the plastics industry for over 40 years. I'm sure convincing other companies to stay away from Budzar wouldn't be that difficult...

I was sold an incomplete hot water system that was pitched on the front end as a complete and closed unit. Ended up dumping an additional $30k to make their stuff work. When I told them it was wrong, they avoided any responsibility by saying I approved the engineers drawings and should've known it was wrong and wouldn't work. (They never mentioned anything out of the ordinary. Even talked about how good it was going to perform). Once they had my money the customer service went from bad to worse. I never heard from the salesman again and they refuse to let me speak with someone higher up. They just want to sell whatever they can regardless if it'll even work, and that's why I'll never do business with this company again.

If you hear that they are "making" a position, just walk out the door. 2 days after starting a position they "made", I was not needed anymore. The first day, I had work to stay busy. The second day, there was nothing to do. I evaluated, tested, etc. a computer to the point of boredom and informed the manager that my conclusions matched what we had originally thought. If there is actually any work there, I was not informed of where to find/get it so I could do something useful.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
