FJW is simple management, they let you do your job without harassing you. Clock in as you please as long as you get 10 hours minimum a day and often less if you need to leave within reason. Management is very easy to get along with when you do your job within an acceptable time range. The company kept all it's employees during rough times and currently are adding machines for its workload. Like any business there are those employees you can't make happy no matter how simple things are. Asking for tooling as it's needed and necessary items to operate the shop with is generally received. Working here is very lenient but time is recorded strictly due to the competitive market and knowing profit margins. The bottom line is sometimes we see co-workers who lead us on as if they are top notch machinist but the results show below average. Believe me. I know. I've been there, but this shop is STILL IN OPERATION. Pat & Jeff are fine people but even better owners. I'm Blessed to be here!!

Horrible place to work. Simply put the two owners lack the knowledge needed to run the shop properly and blame their employees for their own shortcomings. There is 0 structure and it only breeds more chaos.
