Gene Davis Sales & Service does high quality work at fair prices. Took them one grate to make three more from, not only did they create 3 perfect grates they painted all 4 to match. Put extra tabs on the borders so they won't budge at all. Fantastic work, highly recommend!

NOTHING like it used to be!! second time in a month I got screwed by the RUDE, OBNOXIOUS ladies on the phone , who spoke over me the whole time gave short answers with an "We don't need you, you need us" ATTITUDE. zero explanation, and never called me back to give me the estimate numbers. (of a small order by the way) I was to go pick upToday. I had to call back hours later to be told RUDLY "She is on it, shell get to it when she can": WTF?! then I explained i need to know right now if it can't happen so i can go somewhere else and fulfill my project that day because it was Friday and everywhere is closed on weekend. This is at 1;30 pm mind you. She reassured me , NO, we got it, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE>. I never got a call back AGAIN! When i tried to call 3 times at 3:15,then 3:30, then 3:45........thats weird, no one is answering the phone on a Friday at crunch hour when you close at 4PM!??! Well, they lost me over $500 job today. THANKS FOR NOTHING. If your BURNT OUT at your job, stay the hell away from hardworking, professionals that rely on the WORD of Businesses they purchase from. NEVER AGAIN!!!
