This is a fast paced shop on the expensive side. Quality work on short notice commands a price. In response to another review, trying to quote something without a print is a rookie mistake. It's no wonder they didn't have time for you

These guys are the most horrid people to have to deal with. They think they know everything and get very bitter when you are calling to ask questions. They were recommended to me as to be the people in the area capable of certain bending services I need. When I called to ask if they were able to do my special bending they were asking me for details of my job I did not know yet. I told them I was just beginning my work, and needed to know if they could handle what I was looking to have done, as I was still in the research/ design phase of my project. Tim then became disgruntled because I didn't have drawings for him, and hung up on me. Upon calling back to ask why he hung up, he began belittling me, and now wont answer my calls. i don't get where the attitude comes from.... This company has extremely poor customer service, and very cowardice communication with new customers. This is not the company to call, if you are in need of any special metal work. They are very unprofessional!

This place is a RIP OFF. Called in looking for material and they quoted me a price of $421 while every other shop I called quoted me less than $100. I called 4 other shops just to verify... I called and spoke to Tim who told me, "I don't set the prices, but we're VERY expensive." Unless you like throwing money away, don't give these people your business.
