Great service for repeat customers vs one time buyer.

This is the WORST company ever to deal with. I've purchased multiple roofs through this company for my various properties over the last 15 years and every time it's been a disaster. I won't make that same mistake again! To start with, nobody returns phone calls. I mean literally NOBODY returns phone calls. Don't even bother leaving a voice mail because you won't be getting a call back. You heard it here first. Assuming you're lucky enough to get a hold of anybody to help you good luck getting any follow through whatsoever. During a previous order with this company the guy who was quasi-helping me went on vacation for a week without telling anybody anything. You can imagine how happy MY tenants were waiting for the installation of their roof and then finding out "the guy went on vacation and didn't ship the order first." Nothing ever gets shipped out on time and no order is ever complete. Good luck getting them to send you things after the fact as well. Need a machine for your contractor to install your new standing steam roof? Forget it. Did they forget to send the second box of clips you ordered? Tough luck for you! The last time their guy delivered $2,000 worth of product (that was supposed to be included with another order) the delivery guy had the cajones to demand not only immediate payment, but he wanted a CERTIFIED check. Seriously? My company has never once been late on our bills. Just when I thought they can't find a way to make a job any more difficult they surprise me by coming up with new and innovative ways. Never again!

i am a gutter guy and I have a hard time getting material from them. If nobody can get material, why advertise the colors you have if you cannot supply them. Trying to get a return call is impossable
