Went there yesterday, (normally go to another place but this was close to my work) to get a piece of plastic to protect my house door from the dog scratching it. Not sure where the other review people went, but they were very professional and better prices than the other places I normally get plastic from, the price was even lower as the guy helping me took the time to see if they had a piece already cut close to the size I needed (so I didn't have to pay for the whole section) and he found one, still had to be cut to my size but saved me money. I was helped right away, and while waiting for it to be cut another employee walked in and saw me standing there and immediately asked if I needed any help. Any time in the future I need plastic this is where I'll go to get it.

I went into the store, I was greeted by the employees, and I had a great experience! I'm happy that the person that was helping me was so sweet and patient with the questions I had and was willing to make sure I was a happy customer. This business is a bit small, so they have limited color plexi, but the prices are fair and I will be doing business with them again!

I agree that the people that work at this company are not very receptive to customers. It takes time for them to acknowledge you are there in the showroom. They always appear to be too busy to help you. I asked them if it were better if I left and called them on the phone. They laughed and said that the phone calls are customers that have priority. I asked them what was I. I was a customer standing in front of them. Other than that there prices were reasonable. The last time I was there they made large thin panels of plastic that I made into walls around a circular stair at a house I was building. They made the material to the size I wanted. It installed easy and has not been a problem. They could use a few lessons in how to deal with the public. I think it starts with the boss and if he doesn't explain to his employees how you should treat people then it will never happen. I have been in there over the years several times and get the same sullen service. I just put up with it because their close. Robb D.``

I walked in once to ask about what materials they had and asked for a rough estimate for costs of materials in specific sizes. When I walked in, the single employee there payed no attention to me as she was on the phone. That wasn't a problem. As waiting for 5 mins turned to 10 mins, I walked into the office with someone who I assume is the owner. He I didn't know my exact measurements or specifications for what I wanted and just needed to figure it out. He treated me as if my business was a joke and eventually showed me the material reluctantly and told me to come back when I had all the information I needed. This is fine except the way he treated me and spoke to me was very rude and as if he didn't care about my business. I'm not sure about the quality of their products, but I know for a fact that their customer service is subpar to what I expect from any professional company.
