I want to make sure whoever reads this review, understandS the importance of hiring professional people to enter your house and get the job done correctly. We searched for a company to renovate our kitchen for over a year. Until we found Minave. They were really patient with us deciding and planning on what we want to do with our kitchen. When we decided to proceed , he wrote out a contract, we signed and gave him a deposit. The plan was to start October 2018. As of now, we are still waiting for this kitchen to be finished. We have payed him everything we owe him, and all he does is asks for more money. Promises was made by Henry and they were not met. He hired sub contractors that were not licensed and did work not to code in my house. All the subcontractors that he hired were very sloppy and did an awful job. My kitchen that costs over 50 K at this point has been ruined by the mulitple people that came in and worked in it. Does or did Henry care? Nope. Does he care that we are living with an unfinished kitchen for over 6 months? No. Will this kitchen ever be finished like we expected? No. At this point we are looking for someone to fix all the mess that is done, and to finish our kitchen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. HE IS NOT LICENSED TO ENTER PEOPLES HOME AND RENOVATE. If anybody wants to contact me for proof. I have Texts, pictures, the contract, and witnesses on what went on in my kitchen. All this company cares about is taking money from you and making you wait thinking that maybe, just maybe he is “working” on finishing the job.
