Cheap material and WAY overpriced for what you get. Better off going to a big box store.

Poor customer service. My contractor went to pick up countertop and was told they all broke during storage move. Called rep and was told she would see if there was one available and call me back. Never called back. Went to get refund today and told they had to mail check since the “boss” was not there. As previously mentioned.....you get what you pay for. Go to select stone. Better quality and same prices.

When I picked up the bathroom vanity cabinet both side panels had scratches and indentations. One drawer had a blemish inside. The worker used a felt pen to try to hide the blemish. I asked if I could get a discount. I was told "no", they would change the side panels and drawer. When I went the following day to pick up the vanity the side panels were changed, but not the drawer. Very frustrating experience.

customer service was great from the begining, but the cabinet stain was splotchy in some areas and the color of the face of the cabinets are different from the rest of the panels because it is not real wood, they could have color matched better. They got my cabinet handle order wrong so my contractor ended up installing the wrong ones. They said they had our quartz in stock and later on they said we would have to wait two weeks and then it became a month. Didn't end up getting the quartz there. Cheap prices but you get what you pay for.

Stay away from C&C Cabinets. We had nothing but poor communications, poor customer service, poor design, and poor quality from them. Highlights below One cabinet had a large fracture in it. We returned it, and when we went to pick up the new one, they had taken the previous one, filled it with bondo and tried to give it back to us. They delivered our bathroom vanity without drawers of front end facade. It took them 3 months to get us our drawers. It took multiple phone calls and threats, we finally just went to the store today and demanded they give us the drawers. Original cabinet order was over a month late. When they delivered, they didn't inform us that delivery didn't mean actually delivering inside of the house. It was a good thing our contractor was on site and was kind enough to help my mom move the cabinets from the ground outside of the house, inside. There multiple issues, they all were addressed very poorly by C&C. I will not be using them again. There are many local vendors, that might cost a bit more on the front end, but the back end headache is not worth it.
