We came to the store it was empty. Waited 15 minutes nobody showed up. We left. We could have taken everything out of the store if we wanted to.

I remodeled my home and used Aloha State Sales for my bathroom counter tops. Worst Experience I have ever had. I went in one Saturday, made the silestone order, paid upfront, and this is what happened below. Office girls don't have a clue about customer service, hung up on me when I called a week later to find out about my order. Then I find out someone deleted my order by mistake, they resubmitted the order, took another week. The day I was supposed to pick up the order, I drive all the way from Kapolei to town to find out that my order wasn't ready again. Knowing that I was going to come down to pick it up, I don't receive one call saying that the order wasn't ready. Had to wait one more weekend to finally get the stone. I had to wait 2 extra weeks to move into my new home because these guys screwed my order. I did not hear one apology from these guys. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. And yelp can take this off and I will keep re posting just to tell people how bad of an experience I had

Aloha State Sales closed in Sept 2015. Now Stone Concepts has taken over and is an excellent business!
