Astonia has great customer service. Their demolition and install team took the time to do things right. It’s nice to find a contractor that treats your project like it’s one they are doing for their own home.

Hello. My experience with Astonia was not the best! Make sure your Pacific in what you want and go over your plans! I told McKenzie and Todd I wanted one seems in my countertop they came to install it and it had two seems!!! I was not happy and there was no need to put a second 2 foot seem at the end of the countertop. The kitchen is only 40 ft.² McKenzie said there where two seems because so we can get the best looking pattern to lined up. Well guess what the one pattern that you see the most didn’t lineup it looked horrible!!! Plus on top of all that on that the installers took my sink and ground 4 tabs off the back of the sink and cracked it. So McKenzie said to me can I warrantee it so I had a warranty my own sink that I had bought but the guys crack it when they ground the tabs off the back and l had wait five days without a kitchen!!! With a 7 year-old in the house McKenzie and Astonia thought that was no big deal to them.

Amazing customer service. Worked with both Shelly and McKenzie (spelling?) Not only did they listen to us but they genuinely cared about getting my wife and I what we wanted and needed done.

I had visited several other retailers prior to stopping in at Astonia in Rogers so I had an idea of price ranges for the project we had in mind. My initial experience visiting the showroom at Astonia was far more pleasant than the others. Mckenzie was welcoming and listened carefully to my ideas for replacing the countertop on the center island in our kitchen. She quickly offered some alternative possibilities for me to consider along with my own ideas and broadened the range of options that could work for us. I left with some samples and returned a few days later with my wife. The guys in the shop had processed a larger piece of granite using their fantastic new stone cutting saw from Italy, which creates a “leathered” finish that McKenzie had introduced as an option for us to consider. My wife and I both loved what we saw and we chose to have our countertop cut from a unique slab with wonderful variation using the leathering process with a natural edge. The price quoted for our choices was essentially the same as the pricing I got from the other shops where none of the wonderfully creative alternatives to my own ideas where offered or even possible. A couple weeks later, the guys were at our house for the installation. The process was quick and clean. The overhang of our counter required a few iron support brackets underneath which are completely invisible unless you get down on the floor and look up from below. When you do, you can see that there is a perfection to the work of the Asotnia installers. From beginning to the end, the salespeople, craftsmen and installers at Astonia are clearly experts who care about what they do. We could not be more pleased with the process at Astonia and the final results of our relatively small project. Everyone who visits our kitchen spends some time marveling at the beautiful and unique natural stone while they run their hands over the granite to feel the wonderful textures created by the leathering cutting process. McKenzie told us that this would be the case once our choices were made and she was exactly right! We even replaced our high back stools with ones that tuck under the countertop just so the craftsmanship of the natural edging is clearly visible. We highly recommend Astonia Stone Artisans in Rogers Minnesota!
