RIP OFF

Took my 1970 C20 pickup in to get the exhaust worked on. Truck had mid length headers and Summit header back exhaust system for full headers installed. Needed 2 small pipes custom made to connect system to headers. Asked to have the pipes installed and the system (which was hanging in place) finalized. Employee said it would probably take about an hour of labor and current rate was $100/hour. Said it would be ready next day by noon. Next day I get a call at noon that final cost is $550. Bridge Brother's claimed it took over 5 hours of labor. Explanation given was they had to move the system 2 inches. I asked if they moved the hangers or repositioned them, they said no. So I asked how they "moved" the system then. Bridge Brothers claimed they had to "wiggle" the pipes for hours until it moved 2 inches. I never got a call or any communication that were any problems or the bill would be drastically bigger than quoted. I understand jobs can take longer than expected, but 5 times longer wit
