DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

So we called this company to have one lock looked at, The technician that came was not from SP Locks but rather another company and did not provide any identification or proof of being a locksmith. The person that came to do the work (I am not sure that I can call him a tech) was quick to be very pushy and use fear tactics to sell additional services for which they extremely overcharged for. The bill has charges that are very high for the work completed and there was no clear communication for the additional charges that seemed to be offered to look at. Somme of the work performed did not remedy the problem and was ensured that "it was fine now". An example of the overcharge is that a small tin strip added to the door frame with 5 screws became $450. That on top of rekeying and replacing the lock. The charges issued by this company are scam high and they will not return follow up calls and this address listed is not a business in Stony Plain. This is a scam/fraud of a business.

The very kind phone operator set an appointment that was very suitable for me. The technician also arrived on time and did his work promptly. He really did such great job!

I have never worked with a company as good as SP Locks. The phone operator whom I got to talk to was pleasant to talk to, the technician was polite and skilled and their locksmith services are very efficient. They are really excellent.
