Very prompt service. A bit annoyed that the price originally quoted over the phone did not match the price given on location (watch out for this). Fortunately the friendly operative was willing to negotiate a more realistic price - half the location price and in line with the price quoted on the phone. Work was done very efficiently and surprisingly quickly. On balance, worth recommending.

The gentleman had so much knowledge of what I wanted and needed. Was quick and efficient. Very courteous and respectful. So happy with the work he done which he completed in such a short time. I am so extremely happy with the service provided.

The guy who was sent out was very professional & courteous. I’m scoring this a 4 because the price quoted on the phone was not clear & transparent. It’s only when someone visited that we were informed that the price did not include VAT, which added £11 to the bill.

Excellent service. The locksmith arrived almost on the dot of his ETA. He assessed the damage to tie lock and gave me an estimate for the work. It was £59 for the Labour and unfortunately £159 for a new mechanism for the door (because I had damaged the other one). New lock is now operational and I can come and go, and lock my door with ease.

As I was locked out the door coming from holiday I had need to call some locksmith urgently, and luckily I found them. They took about 30/40 minutes to get my home and the guy who was sent was very professional. He found out the problem as soon as he approached the door and he solved it in less than 15 minutes! I was very happy! Thank you guys
