If you don't buy their highest price recommended package they will treat you and your wedding as a second-class customer! It was extremely hard to reach them during the planning process even before we signed the contract! After the salesperson Tammy was out of the picture, the only responsive contact we had was Jason, whom I naturally thought would be our photographer, but he was mostly busy and out of reach making planning process unnecessarily difficult! Even when we left him a message to ask what meal to order for him we got no response! Regarding our photoshoot time that we think got wasted on shots that didn't work out well, we believe if they had been more transparent and had put us in contact with our actual photographers (as I had requested so before signing the contract), they would have known what our priorities were before coming in the middle of a busy day. I could have asked them directly to see my Pinterest board so they get an idea of what shots I am referring to take for instance with our bridal party or my flowers! 🌟🌟🌟The photographers that were assigned to us : Shabby and Faisal were cheerful and friendly and did a good job at cheering us up and capturing our key moments and candid pictures of the guests and delivered the photos on time. Thank you Shabby Dhillon Photography.

Overpriced and over hyped. There are lots of other wedding photographers that charge was less money and offer a better service. We were not impressed with their work or professionalism. We should have shopped around more. Lesson learned.

I'm not normally one to write negative reviews but I felt compelled to in this case. if you're considering boundless wedding photography, I would recommend anyone else. We had a horrible experience with a pushy and aggressive salesperson who used unnecessary pressure tactics on us to get us to book a date and leave a deposit. He gave us anxiety and almost made my fiance cry. Needless to say, we went with someone else.

I worked with Boundless Wedding for my July 2018 wedding and they were amazing! The whole process was flawless and our wedding pictures turned out beautiful! The photographers made everyone so comfortable and we all really enjoyed working with them all day :) I would definitely recommend you guys to my family & friends. Thanks for everything!

The worst wedding photographers in the city. These guys seem nice, until you sign on the dotted line. Then it's bait and switch, extra fees and up-sells for everything. It was terrible dealing with these guys and WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! I don't know how you sleep at night
