Mother of the Bride/Cousin of the Photographer

The wedding photos on this site are of my daughter's wedding day. Karen (who is also my cousin) originally gave my daughter canvases/books/photos which my daughter found to be blurry, damaged and backgrounds that were not approved by my daughter. My daughter returned said damaged and blurry items back to Karen, months ago, and we have been messaging her for some sort of resolution. Today my daughter finally went to Karen's house to get the FIXED items, but Karen only gave her all of the original products that were blurry and damaged. I gave Karen a check for her services at the wedding, for $500. I expect my money back as my daughter did not receive items promised. I highly DO NOT recommend!!!!! I put one star because I could not post without at least one marked.
