We had Jason from HML out to fix a couple of issues with our sprinkler system and were really happy with the work. He called ahead and arrived right on time. He and his colleague (I forget his name) were polite and seemed excited to share their knowledge. They took the time to help me understand how the system works (it came with the house but no manuals) and showed me how to do a lot of the maintenance myself. I just spoke with Jason this morning and got my sprinkler system blow out booked. Keep up the great work

5 stars from quote to scheduling to completion, our concrete work went very smoothly (pun intended)

Hey, if you want a good laugh, look at what Casey Beckhuson wrote, pretending to be a customer at David T’s Automotive Centre Ltd. And he is also bashing MCS Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, something I, David Tywoniuk, am appreciated and respected for by many for my contribution to society. Someday, if Casey develops liver or kidney problems due to his using fragranced chemical products he will understand. Use of perfumed products is also probably contributing to his grumpy personality. I do not think he knows what integrity means. Casey Beckhuson did not even honor a written contract, just imagine if it was verbal. Sad but true, we had to hire another company to fix his mistakes and all went well. They were really professional with integrity and I would highly recommend them, contact me for their details. And no perfume smell, so a good experience. Yes we tried all the channels first, the Better Business Bureau could not even make sense out of the problem with Casey, he ignored the request and just chased the next job, all about the money and no customer service or quality control. Someday Casey might get the importance of the time the other company took to explore options and explain details. But the other company has certificates, knowledge and education in the field. To Casey it is just owning a business. As others have said, he should stick to rocks and dirt and leave the plants to those who know how to keep them alive. Casey might be educated but he is not wise or friendly. It is kind of sad when your mother provides a good referral and you do not live up to it. She said he is the flagship of the family. My opinion, he is the pirate ship of the family. Very disappointed! Expected a professional job for $21954.62 Had complications from the beginning. It was hard to have those corrected. They gave me verbally and in writing that any problems would be taken care of in spring. Have been put off for approximately 4 months. First problems from the fall were fixed. But contract agreement was not honoured. What more can you do than get it in writing? And the sad part is this is the son of a friend. How do they treat strangers? Obviously the owners have no integrity or honour. Casey has kicked me to the curb. Mark says don't call this number again and hangs up. It looks like I have to hire someone else to fix their work. 4 months of being stalled. Waste of time and money.

Great workmanship seen first hand. The company has grown and has a lot of professional expertise behind them. This company has a great team, a great attitude, and the multitude of shown experiences of past projects. The work this company does is perfection. Best concrete finishing you will ever find or see, and one of the best landscape companies there is. Hml is confident in making every project it does; a work of art.
